An independent family-owned automotive repair facility is currently in need of an assistant to the sales manager at the front desk. We are looking for someone to be dedicated and reliable ie; show up for work every day.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

Data entry, communicating with technicians, and the sales manager.
Greeting and speaking with customers is the number one priority, answering phones, ordering and returning parts, retrieving information from vehicles, and assisting with financing.

Qualifications:

Must have a pleasant voice, a good attitude, and personality. You will be the first person the customer will see and speak with.
We will need references from previous employers with contact numbers that can be verified. We conduct background checks before hiring and ask that you be open to random drug testing.
Knowledge of the automotive field is very beneficial. This position can be stressful; it is not a desk job. You will be required to walk out front or through the shop to retrieve vehicle information or speak with technicians.
Cellphones or earbuds are not allowed during working hours; your full attention to the job will be required.

We have been in business for 40 years in the same community, and we value our customers and employees. We offer paid vacations and holidays. Health, Dental, Accident, and Life insurance are available after 90 days. Uniforms are provided. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 5:30 pm, and we break for lunch from 12:00 to 1:00.
